Ovoid agricultural product is a kind of special agricultural product that have pointed end and blunted end.Ovoid agricultural product orientation according to the pointed and the blunt ends,which unifies the scattered ovoid agricultural products,improves the appearance and increases the competitiveness in the market,is an important step in the agricultural product packing.With the development of agricultural product packing,the requirement for the processing and packaging of the ovoid agricultural product is high.In order to improve the applicability of the automatic technology of egg orientation to different ovoid agricultural products,it is necessary to improve and optimize the core working parameters of the automatic orientation device of the ovoid agricultural products.The research on automatic orientation and mechanism of eggs,the regulation horizontal deflection angle of eggs and few orientation regulation of avocado and other small ovoid fruit are based on the same convey material and surface roughness.Therefore,in order to discuss the effect of convey material and surface roughness on the automatic orientation of the egg,extended ovoid agricultural products automatic orientation technology and device in other ovoid agricultural products,the influence of different material and surface roughness on the automatic orientation of the egg and the regulation of different material and surface roughness on the automatic orientation of guava and lucuma nervosa were investigated.The main conclusions were as follows.The effects of different materials and different surface roughness on the automatic orientation of eggs were studied,the experimental results show,the horizontal deflection angle of the egg was the largest in the aluminum alloy roller and the smallest in the nylon roller,there was little difference in the horizontal deflection angle between the carbon steel roll and the organic glass roller with different surface roughness.Convey roller had no significant influence on the axial displacement.The relationship between the convey roller and the guiding distance of guide rod was not obvious.The carbon steel roll,aluminum alloy roller and organic glass roller with different surface roughness had few effects on the rolling distance of the egg in the automatic orientation,the effect of nylon roll on rolling distance was relatively obvious.The change of the side-slip angle of the egg in the nylon roller,the carbon steel roller and the aluminum alloy roller was not obvious,but the change in the organic glass roller was relatively obvious.The optimal operating parameters: the material was carbon steel roller,convey roller surface roughness was level 2,the diameter was 40 mm,the spacing was 15 mm,the rotate speed was 70 mm/s and guide rod angle was 30°.The regulation of movement of guava were studied,the experimental results show,in addition to the horizontal deflection angle,the other parameters were affected by the nylon roller.The axial displacement decreased with the increase of the roller spacing.The axial displacement increased with the increase of the diameter and the rotational velocity of the conveying roller.When the roller spacing and diameter increased,the horizontal deflection angle of guava decreased accordingly.The side-slip angle changed large with the increase of the rotational velocity.The influence of the roller spacing,the diameter,the rotational velocity and the angle of guide on the guiding distance of guide rod and rolling distance was not obvious.When the diameter and the guide rod angle increased,the change of side-slip angle was first increased and the reduced.It decreased first and then increased with the increase of roller spacing and speed.The optimal parameters for device were determined: the convey material was nylon,the diameter was 40 mm,the spacing was 40 mm,the velocity was 70 mm/s,and angle of the guide rod was 30°.The axial displacement of the lucuma nervosa on the carbon steel roller was larger than other rollers,it decreased with the increase of the roller spacing.When diameter and speed increased,the displacement increased.The horizontal deflection angle was larger on the nylon roller,and it was positively correlated with the roller spacing,negatively correlated with the diameter of the conveying roller.With the increase of the conveying speed,it showed a trend of decreased first and then increased.The effect of device structure parameters on the guiding distance of guide rod and rolling distance was not obvious.On carbon steel rollers the side-slip angle was large,it increased with the increase of space and the diameter.The side-slip angle had greater fluctuation with the speed increased.It first decreased and then increased with the increased of the guide rod angle.The optimal parameters for device were determined: the convey material was nylon,the diameter was 50 mm,the spacing was 40 mm,the velocity was 30 mm/s,and angle of guide rod was 30°.
