The accumulation and translocation of soil pollutants are the main process affecting the mobility and damages of pollutants in soil-plant systems, affecting the absorption ability of mineral nutrients to plants, affecting the bioavailability of plants to heavy metals in soils and the degree of transmission to heavy metals in the food chain and so on.In the paper, the effects of single and co-taminated elements on the growth of crops were studied by using correlation analysis and continuous extraction method, including the effects on biomass and accumulation and translocation of pollutants and mineral elements and the bioavailability of contaminated soils. The studies would provide basic data for understanding the chemical behavior of contaminants in soil-crop systems in sierozem of arid land,as well as the scientific basis for remediation of contaminated soils, environmental pollution management and pollutant standards.According to the experiment, the main conclusions are:(1)The growth of wheat at maturity was more susceptible to the toxicity of Cu than that of ripening wheat, and the translocation ability of wheat was also weaker at maturity.(2)The vegetables are susceptible to the combined toxicity of F and Cd to inhibit its growth.(3)It is found that copper in the seedling stage of wheat absorption would promote the absorption of F elements.(4)The wheat roots are predominantly enriched with Cu;The rape roots and the leaves of white radishes are predominantly enriched with Cd and F.(5)The uptake of F and Cd in rape and white radishes was antagonistic to each other under treatments of F and Cd.(6)F and Cd entered the rapes and white radishes in combinations would inhibit the translocation of them from underground parts to leaves.(7)Cu,F and Cd entered the crops(cereals, vegetables)would disrupt the uptake of mineral nutrients in them.(8)F and Cd combination would influence the distribution ratio of various forms of F and Cd in soil and the uptake of F and Cd in organs of vegetables.
