Cotton and linen fiber yarn lattice distortion modification technology,a new kind of printing and dyeing finishing processing technology in the world,is the one of significant research subject of printing and dyeing finishing technology.The most important spinning materials-natural fabrics such as cotton,hemp,yarn,ect.in textile field,were modified treatment by cotton and linen fiber yarn lattice distortion modification whole-set equipment and process,to improve their processing,spinning and dyeing performance.After liquid ammonia lattice distortion modification,the surface structure of cotton fiber was improved,the surface impurities of cotton fiber were removed effectively and become smooth.The pore size distribution of the fiber was changed,and the number of micro pores and large pores decreased.Most of the yarn’s cellulose crystal changed from cellulose I type to cellulose III type,so the swelling degree of the amorphous region was increased,some of the crystallization destroyed,the crystallinity decreased,the quality and grade of cotton fabric were improved remarkably.The study of green cotton fibrous variable modification technology and complete sets of equipment,will create enormous economic and social benefits certainly.T h is a rtic le ma in l y c o mb in e d with th e a c tu a l s itu a tio n in ou r c ou n try,b a s e d o n the domestic and overseas references,and the first generation of cotton and linen fiber yarn lattice distortion modification whole-set equipment researched by my study group,We went further research of the technological process of cotton and linen fiber yarn lattice distortion modification treatment,analysed its process characteristic.Aimed at the lattice distortion modification equipment,the distributed control system(DCS)which mainly includes DSP central control board,PLC system and host computer PC was designed to satisfy the control requirements of the modification process.(1)System structure: DSP central control board which used TMS320F2812 chip as the core hardware,can acquire and process all kinds of signals from field sensors,and send the data to the upper computer by using a self-defining serial port communication protocol(SSPCP)through RS232 serial port interface.The man-machine interface on the host computer PC was established by using the configuration software.It dynamically displayed the system running states and also monitored all the field equipments real-time by using hostlink protocol to connect to PLC system.(2)Main work: the lattice distortion modification process of cotton fiber yarn was analyzed;the appropriate control scheme was determined after existing control systems being analyzed;hardware’s configuration and type-choose was determined such as DSP central control board,PLC system,host computer PC,etc;control circuit and control cabinet were designed;technique modules were divided reasonably according to the technological process of fiber modification;the programs of PLC control system and DSP data acquisition system were wrote according to the flow chart of each module;the system monitoring configuration was completed based on VB.NET;the sensor signal processing scheme was designed;the control system was debugged and tested in the industrial field,the experimental data was collected and the reliability of the system was analyzed,and experiment and production scheme were given finally.The application results in the lattice distortion modification production show that the control system can carry out real-time control on the modification process efficiently,safely and flexibly,and meet the needs of process control in the lattice distortion modification production.
