In recent years,molecular imaging technology has led to a new revolution in medical imaging,which will have a profound impact on modern and future medical models.Nanoprobes pave the way for the development of molecular imaging technology.With the development of nanotechnology,the research trend has shifted from single nanomaterials to nanoparticle assemblies.These multifunction nanoparticle assemblies with precisely controlled structure and size play an important role in the fields of biomedicine,new materials,optics,and electronics industry.In this paper,gold nanoclusters were selected as the fluorescence source.Then combing with the advantages of assembly,the gold nanoparticle assemblies with fluorescence enhancement of up to 10.88 times were prepared for the first time.Finally,the targeting was given,and used assemblies synthesized in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.In this paper,two kinds of gold nanoclusters were synthesized.Then we studied the self-assembly of two different gold nanoclusters.The assemblies AuNPs-GSH showed a significantly enhanced fluorescence of 10.88 times and biocompatible properties.Therefore,AuNCs-GSH was selected for the subsequent self-assembly study.Secondly,five important experimental factors in the process of assembly were explored,such as calcium ion,molecular weight of PAA,amount of IPA,amount of AuNCs-GSH,and amount of Ca?OH?2 as well as?NH4?2HPO4.Thirdly,the effects of bioimaging and photodynamic therapy on the gold nanoprobes self-assembly were studied.The self-assembled gold nanoclusters not only improve the biocompatibility,but also enhance the fluorescence imaging effects in vivo and in vivo.In addition,this paper also studied the preparation of another gold nanoprobe and its application in the biological imaging.In the above experiments,the assemblies based on gold nanoclusters have strong fluorescence enhancement and good biocompatibility.After coupling with FA,the assemblies with targeting ability were applied to biological imaging and photodynamic therapy.AuNRs-RGD was also used as a novel contrast agent in vivo to target tumor CT imaging.In summary,gold nanoprobes have a broad space in the field of biomedical.
