Most of small and medium-sized towns face water shortages, water environment deterioration, economic relatively backward level, the lack of funds, insufficient investment of medium in our country. As so mall town wastewater treatment problem is increasingly serious.The research and development for our country small and medium-sized economical technology in wastewater treatment is imperative.This paper in view of Guan wen mine sewage treatment process design, based on the project of processing parameters such as the size of the water, water quality, water quantity.The author had used the analytic hierarchy process to establish the optimizaticn model of wastewater treatment process, than to choose the alternative process, affecting the technical parameters analyzed in weight, finally choosed the most suitable case engineering of sewage treatment process. With three sewage treatment process such as SBR process, A2O process,AB process comprehensive comparison, it is concluded that modified A20 (() period of contact oxidation method) in the capital construction investment, operating cost, saving energy and reducing consumption and stable operation, easy maintenance and management and so on are less than AB and SBR process is more suitable for this kind of water of life sewage treatment.This paper applies AHP optimization model for the optimization of coal mine domestic sewage treatment technique scheme choice, it is concluded that the weight of water quality,construction cost, the largest operating cost second, smaller area and the weight of biological nitrogen removal; Conclusion is the modified A20 method for optimal selection for the optimal solution, SBR process for subprime solution, and the optimal scheme was drawing process drawing. It provides an effective reference and design for the choose of similar scale of sewage treatment engineering technology .
