Abstract/Summary:
The blast furnace is an important production equipment of steel smelting,and the cost of construction and maintenance is huge.The longevity of the blast furnace is very important for the improvement of economic benefit of the enterprise.Therefore,the longevity of the blast furnace has been the focus of attention.The life has the greatest impact on the overall life of blast furnace,so the study on the service life of blast furnace hearth can directly reduce the cost of smelting in blast furnace,So it can get higher economic benefit.In the service of the whole process of hearth,direct contact with high temperature molten iron is the site of the hearth lining,the erosion of hearth lining is the direct cause of the damage of the hearth.So it is necessary to study the characteristics of iron under the condition of hearth erosion,it can provide a reference for the diagnosis and early warning of blast furnace hearth,This has important significance to avoid safety accidents caused by the hearth burn,reduce economic losses and avoid safety accidents.In the past,the theory focuses on the hearth iron process prototype design of hearth.Thermal equilibrium characteristics of iron process research and design of the prototype and use the model to study the solidification melting hearth lining to study the role and impact of tapping productivity,cooling conditions,heat resistance of lining,death and other factors on the coke column of the hearth.However,the iron erosion features of state service there is no research on the hearth.In fact,the erosion of hearth in service often are technology and progressive.Therefore,It has practical significance to study of erosion state characteristics of the iron,investigating the design and operation optimization of the content.The erosion of the hearth in service is always "mushroom".In this paper,,a tapping model is established taking the mushroom type of erosion in production state as an example regarding the No.5 blast furnace as the research object and it is calculated and analyzed.To explore the state of erosion of hearth iron rate and death Coke Column and hearth side wall and bottom wall of the heat flow of molten iron inside the hearth and the temperature distribution and heat flux in the effect.The speed of the key points is analyzed by Design-Expert using the response surface method.Getting the response regression equation of the effect of the various parameters about the speed of the reference point on the hearth.The sensitivity analysis of the regression equation is carried out and the optimal solution of the regression equation is obtained under the boundary conditions.To provide some reference to the design parameters of the hearth.
