| Recently,environmental problems such as white pollution are becoming affect people’s life.In order to solve this problem,the new type of materials of being degradability,biocompatility and non-toxic is becoming a hot spot of research.It has great economic and social benefits because of the high polymer material replace the tradition non-biodegradable material.As a consequence,the ROP for cyclic ester by employing metal compexes has received highly achievements,polymerization was well controlled and the PDIs are narrow.The magnesium is essential elment in our body,it is less toxic.The magnesium metal complexes showed good catalytic activity,the ring opening polymerization of caprolactone and lactide is better controlled.So the magnesium metal complexes were synthesized to active ROP for ε-CL or LA.It is very significant to synthesize catalysts with different performance characteristics by changing ligand structure.Our research group has mainly focused on the synthesis of pyridyl-N,O and-N,N bidentate metal complexes and its catalytic properties in cyclic ester for a long time.This essay is divided into three parts:Chapter 1.The introduction generalizes the development of biodegradeable aliphatic polyester material(PLA and PCL),and the zinc,magnesium and aluminum metal complexes catalytic system into ring-opening polymerization for cyclic ester.Chapter 2.2-Methyl-pyridine and 2-ethyl-pyridine were lithiated respectively,and then occured insert-reaction with several non α-H nitriles,acidic hydrolysis,neutralization,distillation.We synthesized some magnesium complexes via the obtained ligands reaction with Di-n-butylmagnesium.In addition,we studied the catalytic performance of these complexes towards the ε-CL ring-opening polymerization.These complexes were characterized by NMR,elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction.Besides,polymerization of ethylene by employing the metal zirconium compound and MAO catalytic was researched.Chapter 3.2-Methyl-pyridine was lithiated,then occured insert-reaction with benzonitrile,acidic hydrolysis,neutralization,distillation,it gave a dimer ligands.2-Methyl-pyridine was lithiated,then occured insert-reaction with 1,4-benzenedicarbonitrile,acidic hydrolysis,neutralization,distillation,and get a bridging ligand.8-Methyl-quinoline was lithiated,the butyl first attack the pyridine ring changed negatively electrons,it occured nucleopilic addition.Besides,these complexes were characterized by NMR,elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. |
