With the economic development,many industrial waste non-stop,such as: fly ash,steel slag,steel slag as the world's largest production of solid waste,one of its environmental solutions and resources of the world's most sought-after One of the hot spots of research,a serious threat to groundwater,air and soil pollution,therefore,the extensive use of industrial waste is particularly important.The use of fly ash and other solid waste performance characteristics,the use of inorganic pigments coated steel slag preparation of sand,not only to solve the fly ash,steel slag purification results,but also to "waste waste,turning waste into treasure" indicators.There are many ways to use steel slag,which is the largest amount of steel slag is the preparation of building materials,and architectural sand on the choice of raw materials wide and wide range of applications.Steel slag with a rough surface and wear resistance and other characteristics,is conducive to inorganic cementing materials on the steel slag package,which for the construction of sand production to provide a broad market space.From the theory of the use of steel slag,this study will be used to prepare artificial slag sand,the specific research content:(1)Preparation of steel slag aggregate.The steel slag aggregate was placed in a ball mill,and a different time gradient was set up to test the abrasion resistance of the steel slag.The steel slag after ball milling was subjected to sieving experiments,and the optimum particle size of the steel slag was determined.To obtain the required wear-resistant steel slag aggregate.(2)the preparation and optimization of artificial sand.The above-mentioned optimized steel slag granule is used as aggregate,adding fly ash,cement and steel slag ultrafine powder as inorganic mixed cement and iron pigment,preparing 10-20 mesh,20-40 mesh,40-60 mesh,80 mesh and 80-100 mesh series of artificial sand,the quality loss rate as an indicator,the resulting sand sand wear test to determine the use of steel slag to prepare artificial sand the best particle size;the preparation of different bone glue ratio Artificial color sand samples,to determine the best ratio of bone glue;with different curing temperature conditions for thermal curing,set a different curing gradient,to determine the best curing temperature.The results showed that the(3)optimum aggregate size was 20-40 mesh,the best binder ratio was 5: 1,and the optimum curing temperature was 70 ?.(4)the effect of admixture on the preparation of artificial sand.The effects of the admixture content on the abrasion resistance of artificial sand were studied by using steel slag as aggregate,fly ash,steel slag powder and cement as binder and inorganic pigment as coloring agent.Optimize recipes.The results show that the latex powder and water reducing agent have a significant effect on the mass loss rate of artificial sand,and the addition of admixture can effectively enhance the wear resistance of artificial sand,and the quality loss rate of artificial water most influential.The mass loss rate of the artificial sand is only 0.5%,the wear resistance is the strongest,the ratio of the steel slag is 75%,the cement is 8%,the fly ash is 6%,the steel slag powder is 6%,the latex powder is 2% and the water reducing agent is 3%The results showed that the mass loss rate of artificial sand was only 1.37% after 20 days of freezing and thawing cycles.The results showed that the mass loss rate of artificial sand was only 1.37%.In this paper,the use of steel slag as aggregate,cement,fly ash and steel slag powder as cement,inorganic pigments for the preparation of artificial color sand,the prepared samples with strong water resistance,strong freeze-thaw resistance and abrasion resistance Performance;the study for the disposal of steel slag and fly ash to open up a new way.
