Chapter 1:This paper briefly introduces the polychromatic dye,microcapsule technology and its application.Thermal dye were reviewed in the field of medical research and application.Chapter 2: Reversible thermosensitive discoloration dye was prepared in certain proportion of 14 and 16 alcohol mixture as solvent by using the fluorane dyestuffs ck-16 and bisphenol A as chromogenic agent.Through to the raw material proportioning optimization,Study on the effect of each ingredient of dye on the performance of color dye by using differential thermal scanning thermal analyzer(DSC)for analysis.The results indicated that the optimal matching of the three components: the fluorane dyestuffs ck-16/ bisphenol A/solvent = 1/4/40,including solvent tetradecylalcohol/hexadecanol= 4/6.At 38.63°C,dyes is the most obvious color change,and has a good discoloration reversibility.Chapter 3 : Microcapsules were prepared by in situ polymerization method,using urea formaldehyde condensate as wall material and laboratory self-made thermal dye ck-16 as core material.The particle size and external morphology of the thermal dye microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer.The thermal stability of the thermosetting microcapsules was tested by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG).After optimization of the preparation process,the optimal conditions as follows: prepolymer / core material = 7/1,emulsified shear 20 min.The microcapsule was fabricated with best morphologies the particle size about 2?m and the color of the microcapsule has changed significantly at 40°C.Chapter 4: The hydrogels were prepared using polyacrylic acid sodium,sodium alginate and thermal dye microcapsules as raw materials by reasonable cross-linking method and further reasonable screening and blending of the components.The performance of the components in the hydrogel was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rheometer and infrared,and the optimum ratio of the components in the hydrogel was obtained.Most importantly,The prepared hydrogel is applied for the preparation of cooling gel sheet and further expanded the current category of cooling gel sheet.
