In this subject research,a large number of literature and study the concerning knowledge about lubricating grease systematically has been reviewed,then construct the experiment table.At last,the relationship between five models of lubricating grease whose soap fibers content is different and pressure loss has been experimented,and finally the influential rules between the fibers content of grease and pressure loss was found.Lubricating grease is a kind of very complicated stuff,so in the first,its physical and chemical Properties,structural component,rheological properties,rheological equation and flow properties in the pipe has been studied and analysised.Then the experiment principle diagram was designed.At the same time,pressure sensor was calibrated to make sure it was good enough,learn pipe connection knowledge and design is with Solidworks,finally construct it.In the experiment of grease transportation characteristics,the rules between 00#,0#,1#,2#and 3#grease whose fibers content is different and pressure loss in the status of high-pressure injection and low-pressure flow has been studied.Then fit these data into curves with MATLAB,getting the pressure change curves and pressure loss change curves,and finally the conclusions,(1)Pressure fluctuation of high-pressure injection is more intense than that of low-pressure flow,And with the increasing of soap,pressure increase of every kinds of grease at high-pressure injection is increasing,then get to the top,which is 18.7MPa(2)Whatever it is in the status of high-pressure injection or low-pressure flow,with the increasing of soap fibers,pressure loss demonstrated upgrade tendency.(3)Whatever it is in the status of high-pressure injection or low-pressure flow,when the soap fibers content is low,the climbing speed of pressure loss's increasing is slow.With the increasing of soap fibers,the climbing speed of pressure loss's increasing is much faster,so the more soap fibers,the more influence on the pressure loss.(4)With the increasing of soap fibers,the difference of pressure loss between two status of high-pressure injection and low-pressure flow decrease gradually.
