In this paper it studied the gob paste packing technology through theoretical analysis, laboratory test, numerical simulation and field monitoring and other research methods and on the basis of the thick coal seam thickness, the results obtained are as follows:(1) According to the theory of mine pressure and strata control, this paper analyzes the variation law of the strata in the gob side entry retaining wall, and according to the calculation model of the top coal body of the filling body, the formula of the support resistance is analyzed,it is concluded that the carrying capacity of surrounding rock is to enhance, the strength of the side of the lane is solved,the yielding of filling body is studied, it is concluded that the filling body deformation is influenced by the mechanical properties of filling material.(2) On the basis of the research in the laboratory, the paper puts forward the paste filling material, which is characterized by low cost,rapid increase resistance, high hardness, good shrinkage, and good application effect.(3) The changes and stress and strain rules of gob strata is researched by using FLAC3D simulation software, to get the ideal width of roadside backfill (2m), this paper put forward the concept of collaborative support system, and studied the effect of support of the collaborative application by numerical simulation, it is concluded that collaborative support system is better at controlling the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and protect the filling body effectively.(4) According to the geological conditions of Binhu coal mine 16105 working face, the filling process, the selection of filling equipment and the specific implementation of are completed ,meanwhile ,complete the selection of the support parameter of working face, developed the content, method and layout of station of the mine pressure observation.,and the effect was tested by the in-situ rock pressure observation.
