The nanomaterials with conventional bulk materials have great dif-ferent in the microstructure,which results nanomaterials having much unique effect.With the deepening research for the nanostructured materi-als,these novel effect to be mastered continuously,and telluride nano-materials are increasingly becoming one of the important directions in materials science.The main contents are summarized as follows:1.Under hydrothermal conditions,cadmium nitrate,cadmium nitrate as a reactant,vitamin C as a reducing agent,CTAB as a surfactant,one step synthesize of cadmium telluride nanowires,and the nanostructures of different time periods are characterized by electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.According to the lattice phase and morphology characteristics,the morphology changes and the growth mechanism of the cadmium telluride nanowires are analyzed.2.Under hydrothermal conditions,by the control of the factors such as PH value,reactant concentration,reducing agents,surfactants,and tellurium source,the influences to the final product are analyzed.At the same time,by studying its reaction mechanism,the original method have been optimization.3.Under hydrothermal conditions,ZnO nano-arrays are obtained in the substrate of magnetron sputtering ZnO thin glass and AZO glass,which growth mechanism are analyzed.This paper studies the growth mechanism and growth conditions of cadmium telluride nanowires under hydrothermal.By adjusting the tem-perature and tellurium source,the shape and coated structure of the nan-owires are control.And the growth of ZnO nano-arrays are achieved on different substrates.
