With the growing awareness of environmental health,indoor formaldehyde pollution problems have received more and more attention.Formaldehyde pollution is widespread in our social life,indoor formaldehyde is mainly from home decoration in the aldehyde resin.Formaldehyde on the human body has a very serious harm to the human body,even in very low concentration,it will also stimulate the human body,induced respiratory diseases,and even cause cancer and leukemia.Catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde is highly efficient,simple,economical,adaptable and no secondary pollution and other advantages,so it has attracted much attention.The supported metal oxide is the best catalyst for the purification of formaldehyde,in which the supported noble metal oxide has the advantage of strong oxidizing property and stable performance.In this paper,a variety of Pt/?-Al2O3 and Ag/Co304 catalysts are prepared and the catalytic performance of the catalyst is evaluated by IR.The structure of the catalyst was studied by XRD,BET,XPS,ICP,H2-TPR,CO adsorption and XPS,so as to find the catalyst with the best performance.In the Pt/?-Al2O3 catalyst,the addition of alkali metal Na can improve the reactivity of the catalyst.The effects of two different Pt sources and different preparation methods on the catalytic activity of Pt/?-Al2O3 catalyst are discussed.The catalytic activity of the 2%Na-Pt/?-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by the reduction method is the best,and the oxidation activity of 200 ppm formaldehyde is about 88%at 25?,and the catalytic activity of catalyst on the surface hydroxyl content and Pt dispersion Activity has a greater impact.A series of preparation methods are used to prepare the catalyst in Ag/Co3O4 catalyst.The catalytic activity of Co304 carrier prepared by hexamethylenetetramine is the best,and it is found that after treatment with 1mol/L NaOH solution,Co3O4 can catalyze the complete oxidation of formaldehyde in the vicinity of 90 ?,and it can catalyze the complete oxidation of formaldehyde in the vicinity of 65 ?,which shows excellent activity.Co3O4 carrier surface Co3+ content of the catalyst activity has a significant impact.
