Iron industry is the basic of China's agriculture, mechanical and electrical machinery, transportation, building materials industry, national defense industry and other industries. The degree of perfection of the iron industry is an important measure of the degree of industrialization of a country. Iron economy has an important position in China's national economy, and makes a great contribution to the promotion of the country's industrial development.Quality analysis is an indispensable part of the iron industry, it can control iron refining process, analysis of the causes of refining errors,reduce the scrap rate and so on. With the rapid development of computer technology, iron industry need to use cloud computing and large data technology to optimize production technology, improve product quality,and intelligent manufacturing transformation purposes. This system designs and implements a quality analysis platform for the iron industry.Combining with the workflow model, based on HDFS and Spark computing framework to provides a solution for the complex and diverse analysis needs of the steel industry.The main content of this paper is divided into the following points:1. Overall architecture design: Through the analysis of the iron quality analysis paltform requirements, design the overall structure and define the function of platform at all levels.2. Workflow design and implementation: The method of workflow is designed by using the idea of workflow model, and the functions of workflow creation, execution and return of graphical result are realized by jsPlumb, ECharts, Restlet and so on.3. Sub-system integration: In order to enhance the system scalability,design and implement the expansion interface of the subsystem using iframe, complete the integration of the multi-stage parametric analysis subsystem and the quality of iron and steel smelting process subsystem.4. System security design: According to the security requirements of the system, the user information security and the access right security are realized by using the SSH framework filter mechanism.
