Abstract/Summary:
The preparation and application of two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide(2D-MoS2),an important member of the field of nanomaterials,have attracted more and more attention and research.Liquid exfoliation is one of the common methods to prepare 2D-MoS2.High-gravity is an important new technology to strengthen the interphase transfer and micro-mixing.It has environment adaptiveness and less pollution,and is easy to enlarge the scale and so on.In this paper,the high gravity technology is the first used in the direct liquid phase exfoliation to prepare 2D-MoS2.This paper focuses on that how conditions of liquid phase exfoliation process influence the concentration of 2D-MoS2 via high gravity technology.Thus,the better process conditions could be obtained.Under these process conditions,the as-prepared 2D-MoS2 was used for preparing 2D-MoS2/Graphene composites by the high gravity-hydrothermal method,which has a unique shape and performance.The main research involves the following areas:1.The effects of the preparation process in rotation packing bed(RPB)on the concentration of prepared 2D-MoS2 were researched.These preparation processes include dispersed system,packing volume fraction,exfoliation time,rotator speed and initial bulk MoS2 concentration.A proper dispersed system was a key factor in effectively exfoliating bulk MoS2.So the better exfoliation process conditions can be obtained basing on the effects of parameters.Under the proper conditions,the number of layers of as-prepared 2D-MoS-2 is less than 10,with 22%of two,44%of three and 85%of less than 5.The lateral size ranges from 50 nm to 800 nm and has an average lateral size with 345 nm.Comparing the 2D-MoS2 which is produced by the high gravity and which is prepared by ultrasonic,molybdenum disulfide flakes have a similar molybdenum and structure.However,the lateral size is 1.8 times of the produced 2D-MoS2 which has an average lateral size of 190 nm via ultrasonic and more layers.2.The effects of the raw and exfoliated MoS2 powder as additive on lubricating property in base oil.The maximum nonseizure loads of the base oil under different added mass fractions were invested.The result was followed.Compared with the raw MoS2,the precipitated MoS2 powder improved the lubricating performance obviously.When the mass fraction was 2%,the lubricating performance of precipitated MoS2 powder is more than 3 times that of the raw MoS2 powder.3.The as-prepared 2D-MoS2 was used for preparing 2D-MoS2/Graphene composites by high gravity hydrothermal method.2D-MoS2/Graphene composites have a steady three dimensional structure.The electrochemical impedance value of the two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide is 600 Ω.After the composite,the conductivity is improved and the AC impedance is 70Ω.When the scanning rate was 5 mV·s-1,the specific capacitance is 1.9 times higher than that of two-dimensional molybdenum disulfide.
