| The material of the large particles(12～75mm)oil shale dry distillation is the main dry distillation device main dry distillation,In our country it has patent rights,and for small pieces(0～12mm)oil shale dry distillation to prepare shale oil,Our country’s existing technology Still can not be put into production methods.In order the huge reserves of oil shale mineral resources in Longkou City,Shandong Province,Longkou Mining Group has introduced the world’s advanced technology-ATP distilling process,which can not be used for the treatment of small granular shales in China.It’s based on the existing equipment of Longkou Mining Group,this paper analyzes the shale oil properties by using the ATP distillation device in the experiment,and based on the properties of the shale oil of Longkou Mining,The hydrothermal refining of shale diesel fractions was carried out by selecting the existing hydrogenation equipment,selecting the self-made Mo-Ni/Al2O3 as the experimental catalyst and selecting the technological conditions of each factor.Through the large amount of data,The experimental results are obtained and the kinetic model of hydrodesulfurization is established.The simulation results are compared with the experimental ones.It’s show in the data:ATP shale oil fraction is narrow,the shale heavy oil in the diesel fraction up to 82.9%.The pressure of the distillation device is increased in the range of 325～385℃,4.5～8.5MPa,LHSV0.5～2h-1,V(H2)/V(Oil)250～1300,the temperature increases,the volume space velocity decreases,Can improve the saturation,denitrification and desulfurization of olefins,which can significantly enhance the effect of desulfurization,denitrification and olefin saturation.The hydrogen/oil ratio is 950,and the effect of hydrogen and oil ratio on hydrodesulfurization and denitrification tends to be gentle and the effect is not And then obvious;Longkou Mining in a specific process conditions to improve the reaction of refined oil products,small density,heteroatoms and unsaturated hydrocarbons(especially aromatic)low content,can be put into use in the market.The actual removal of the distillate sulphide is precisely predicted by the kinetic model. |
