In order to simulate the artificial enzyme cascade system of natural enzymes,we use synthetic Fe3O4/GOD double enzyme cascade catalyzed microspheres to achieve an effective combination of the activity of glucose oxidase and peroxidase in a microcapsule particle.The effectiveness of the program is verified by color experiments.It is proved that Fe3O4/GOD particles can be used as effective peroxidase.In addition,H2O2 is the main product of glucose oxidase(GOD)catalytic reaction.Thus,self-organized cascade reactions can be achieved using Fe3O4/GOD microcapsules.Glucose is oxidized by the substrate oxygen(O2)in the glucose oxidase(GOD),and the catalytic oxidation produces gluconic acid and H2O2.H2O2 was only found in microspheres,forming a higher local concentration.TMB is directly oxidized by Fe3O4,without time diffusion.Due to the oxidation of TMB,a blue reaction occurred to demonstrate that an effective artificial enzyme cascade system has been formed.So the particles can be widely used in various fields.With the acceleration of the industrialization process,the output of wastewater in our country has increased year by year,which has caused great harm to the environment and human health.The CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by TMB coloration method.The microspheres were catalyzed by CoFe2O4 to catalyze the degradation of organic pollutants by H2O2.In this paper,the possible rhodamine 6G and nystatin in biomedical pollution were selected as the model,and the feasibility and influencing factors of degradation were studied.The optimum conditions were as follows:pH=7,magnetic particle concentration 500?g·mL-1,H2O2 concentration 140 mmol·L-1,initial concentration of 20mg·L-1 rhodamine 6G and initial concentration of 20mg·L-1 of the nystatin can achieve complete degradation.
