| With the rapid development of global industry,the problem of energy shortage appeared gradually.Therefore,it is important to develop effective energy saving technology and improve energy utilization rate.By using the energy storage properties of phase change materials,phase change energy storage technology realized the storage and reuse of energy.In order to realize the high efficient fixing of phase change material,the polymer based shape stable phase change energy storage materials have been the hot spot in the phase change energy storage field.In this paper,a series of novel ionomer-based shape stable phase change energy storage flexible sheets were prepared by mixing and molding process.The EPDM ionomer was used as the matrix and binary eutectic fatty acid acted as phase change material in these energy storage sheets.Around the research on preparation and property of ionomer based shape stable phase change energy storage material,the specific contents are as follows:(1)The ionization process of the ionomer was studied,and optimized the reaction conditions.Capric acid(CA)and palmitic acid(PA)were selected as feasible phase change materials,and their appropriate melt blending ratio was determined.(2)The effect of different CA-PA content on exudation behavior,mechnical properties,thermal stability,energy storage effect and micro morphology of the section of ionomer/CA-PA energy storage sheets was researched.The results showed that when the content of CA-PA was 40 wt%,the comprehensive property of ionomer/CA-PA energy storage sheet was better.(3)Diatomite absorption CA-PA(DA-CA-PA)phase change unit was introduced in ionomer/CA-PA energy storage sheets to improve its exudation properties.In addition,the exudation behavior,mechanical properties,thermal stability and energy storage effect of energy storage materials with different DA-CA-PA content were studied,and the suitable DA-CA-PA content was determined.Three kinds of inorganic heat conducting particles of aluminum oxide,silicon carbide and aluminum nitride were introduced in ionomer/DA-CA-PA energy storage sheets to improve its thermal conductivity.The thermal conductivity,mechanical properties,thermal stability,energy storage effect and micro morphology of the section with different DA-CA-PA content were studied.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the energy storage sheet was improved and the comprehensive property was better when the content of inorganic heat conducting particles was 15 wt%.(4)According to energy storage characteristics of ionomer based shape stable phase change energy storage sheets,the heat transfer process during heating and cooling was simulated by ANSYS software.Then the distribution of temperature field in different time periods was obtained.Compared with ionomer sheets without CA-PA,the theoretical thermal storage effect of energy storage sheets in building,home field was evaluated. |
