At present, the demand for mine automation and informatization is becoming more and more urgent. orebody delineation plays an important role in mining exploitation and production, and the result of orebody delineation directly affects the efficiency of mine exploitation and production. Manual delineation method widely used in mine based on expert experience lacks efficiency and accuracy. Other delineation algorithms based on neural networks or geostatistics cannot avoid subjective arbitrariness, automatically selects, unclear expression of the metallogenic mechanism and high calculated data requirements in the process of orebody outlining. Despite many new techniques and methods are introduced into the mine exploitation, the complicated formation mechanism of metal deposits, the randomness of spatial distribution and the limited sampling of mining areas lead orebody delimitation algorithm developing slowly. Therefore, the design of efficient and accurate delineation algorithm has become an important issue in mine exploration and development process.Under the current technical conditions,it is possible to solve the above problems by studying the characteristics of ore-controlling constraints, constructing the appropriate data model to realize the innovation of the algorithm and establishing a new algorithm for orebody delineation which takes into account the ore-controlling constraints. This paper is guided by the approach to study the delineation of metal orebody with ore-controlling constraint, the main research contents and results include the following two aspects:(1) In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the main method are summarized and studied by synthetically analyzing the method of orebodies delineated at home and abroad. Then, the related concepts of orebody delineation are introduced, the mineralization and ore control theories are analyzed. On this basis, aiming at the geological characteristics, metallogenic regularity and the deficiency of delineation of orebody of concealed metallic orebody, The ore-forming process, ore-controlling mechanism under different geological conditions, spatial characteristics of geological elements, and the data characteristics of the underground ore body are analyzed. Based on the GIS spatial data management, the ore-controlling constraint data model based on GIS, the Orebody delineation calculation data model and the orebody delineation data model within drawing data models are constructed. Among these models, the ore control constraint data model provides important support for quantitative expression of ore body constraints and algorithm innovation.(2) Aiming at concealed metal mines, the method of orebody delineation based on expert experience is improved with the support of GIS spatial data management and analysis method, which is based on the establishment of orebody delineation data model. At the same time, with the aid of the theory of orebody delineation in SD method, a set of orebody delineation algorithm with ore control constraints is put forward Under the constraint of rational utilization of ore-controlling data, which realizes the quantitative expression, description and computation of ore-controlling constraint data, and solves the problems such as subjectivity, low efficiency, unclear expression of metallogenic mechanism and high computational data requirements in the previous delineation algorithms. This paper takes Baosteel mine in Meishan as the research area and carries on the practice and verification to the orebody delineation algorithm, the result shows that the delineation algorithm achieves the expected target.
