| As the integrated construction of township areas keep increasing,ecological environment problems.appear accordingly,which comes to be the restriction of region sustainable development.The ecological environment affects the natural resources directly,also is the basic guarantee of regional sustainable development,on the other hand,the living condition and health are influenced by environment.Therefore,the assessment of ecological environment and guided management of environment is inevitable.Though the importance of township ecological environment is significant,the relative research is still little.First of all,China has not come to the criterion of township ecological environment assessment,nor the technical guidance and evaluation standard.Next,there is no public statistical data of township environment;also the environmental monitoring agency has not been placed all over the district,which leads to the unsatisfied required data.Last but not the least,the small scale regional ecological environment assessment methods are mainly based on the index method which is subjective,it needs more objective assessment model.Based on the above issues,this essay manages to use remote sensing techniques and CPSGA-BP neural network model to evaluate the township ecological environment,the main achievements are followed:1.Based on the PSR model,the scientific and reasonable township ecological environment evaluation index system has been established according to the current condition of township ecological environment.The index of ecological environment construction has been referenced and 16 criterions were given by the specification of environmental pressure,environmental condition and social response.They are the basement of comprehensive evaluation.2.To deliver the assessment standard acquiring method mainly by the help of remote sensing techniques.Taking the evaluation index meaning as basement,fully utilising the advantage of information acquirement by remote sensing,providing the data of the ecological environment assessment.3.To propose and achieve an objective township environment assessment model by the help of CPSGA-BP neural network model.This essay chooses the BP neural network model featured by self-adaption and fault-tolerance.Moreover,the model has been optimised by the CPSGA algorithm,using the advantages of learning and memory to assess the township ecological environment accurately,by the designing of model output vector quantity,directly response the entire condition and problems of township,which could provide theoretical evidence for solving ecological environment problems.4.Based on the above outcomes,take the typical town Hufu of Yixing city as the research area,to conduct the ecological environment assessment case study.After the availability and stability being verified,the ecological environment assessment experiment has been proceeded,the result shows that the overall ecological environment quality is good,but some problems are also existing,the result of experiment matches the field condition,which also prove the availability and stability of the ecological environment assessment model.In one work,the township ecological environment assessment index system and its acquiring method,as well as the township ecological environment assessment model,could solve the township ecological environment evaluation to some extent and provide technical support for relative researches. |
