In the forefront and up-to-date literature, the catalytic term usually is closely related with the concept of "green chemistry" and "sustainability" because catalysis is the most effective solution for reducing the energy consumption and environmental burden of many chemical industries. Selective catalytic oxidation is particularly important in the current chemical industry. Selective catalytic oxidation is particularly important in the current chemical industry. Many key chemicals and intermediates such as alcohols, epoxides, aldehydes, ketones and organic acids are produced by selective catalytic oxidation. Polyoxometalates have excellent redox properties, durable antioxidants and environmental compatibility. This paper is to explore the application of Anderson type heteropoly acid alkoxylate catalytic oxidation.(1) the use of bilateral amino-covalently modified Mn-Anderson type polyoxometalates as a catalyst, H2O2 as oxidant, free radical initiator, catalytic oxidation of styrene, can accurately controllable specific selectivity of epoxy compound or cis-dihydroxy compound.Optimize the response by a single factor variable method. It has been found that when the reaction temperature is 50℃, CH3CN is used as the solvent, and the selectivity of the epoxy compound is more than 99%. When the reaction temperature is 70℃, with CH3CN / H2O as solvent, the dihydroxy compound has a specific selectivity, yield and selectivity greater than 90%. Successfully converting the various olefins into the corresponding epoxides and cis-diols has excellent selectivity and yield.(2) [FeMo6O18(OH)3{(OCH2)3CNH2}] (FeⅢMo6-NH2]) as catalyst, water as solvent, 1 atm oxygen as oxidant, catalytic oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid, the yield and selectivity of greater than or equal to 90%. Many aldehydes have been successfully converted to the corresponding carboxylic acids and have excellent yields. The reaction conditions are mild and can be carried out at a very low amount of catalyst. the substrate can even expansion to the simple gram scale, yield and selectivity of yield and selectivity were more than 90%.The simplicity of its operation, the required conditions are mild, the catalyst is green and can be recycled for recycling. Making it available on an industrial scale.
