Due to its special physicochemical properties and bioactivities,fluorinated materials were widely used in the fields of agricultural,pharmaceutical and material.Fluorinated imines are significant fluoro-building blocks which could frequently utilized for synthesis of fluorinated heterocycles.To the best of my knowledge,less kind of this fluorinated building block had been reported and applied during past of time.In the first part,we study the preparation of fluorinated imines and fluorinated 3-pyrroline.At first,we use substitute aniline or corresponding phosphine ylide and fluorinated aldehyde or fluorinated hemiacetal as starting materials to prepare fluorinated imines.And then,utilizing fluorinated imines and electron deficient allenes with presence of catalytic mount of tricyclohexylphosphine.During a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to generate fluorinated 3-pyrrolines with a moderate to good yield successfully.Besides,very little mount of by product generated under the optimized condition.In the second part,we use the fluorinated 3-pyrroline aforementioned.Utilizing DDQ as a suitable oxidant.During a dehydroaromatization,we got a series of fluorinated pyrrole successfully with a good to excellent yield.
