The traditional fixture design needs engineers have rich designing experience,this kind of designing method demands high personnel technical,while not easy to inherit,besides the design cycle is long.With the rapid development of computer technology,the need for computer aided fixture design is more and more strong.Along with the development of the aerospace,in order to reduce parts weight and enhance structure strength,there are more and more complicated thin-walled abnormity parts.These parts’clamping fixture design and development are quite different from the traditional parts fixture design,being a new challenge to the engineers.Firstly process analysis and structure analysis of two typical kinds of thin-walled parts,this paper summarizes the problems of these parts found in the machining process,and points out that the clamping device is an important and effective way to improve the complicated thin-walled parts’ processing quality and efficiency.The paper aims to give the key solution of fixture design-the fixture layout design.And calculated the complicated thin-walled parts of the three directional milling force during the milling process,as the next step of analysis’ basic data.Based on process analysis and the technology of computer simulation,designed fixture layout of the thin-wall board and installation of the shell workpiece’s auxiliary support layout respectively.Expound the key problem of the topology optimization technology used in the design of the auxiliary support layout.The influence of the clamping force and the clamping sequence on thin plate workpiece clamping deformation.On the basis of fixture layout design designed the fixture structure for thin-wall sheet and the auxiliary support device for shell parts.Validation the application effect through two ways:the finite element simulation and engineering application;Applicated deformation simulation proves the application effect of auxiliary support and the rationality of the layout design by the topological optimization method by setting up comparison model.This article designs the fixture to improve the complicated thin-walled package processing quality,improve the complicated thin-walled package processing efficiency.The article used topological optimization method to design the layout of auxiliary support the device and has certain theoretical guidance to realize the optimization design of fixture automation. |
