The separation,purification of Ornithogalum Saponins and analytical identification were studied in this paper.Ornithogalum saponins were extracted though water extraction,and the extracted conditions were optimized:the optimum boiling time was 3h;water quantity was 15 times of the raw material;extracted for 2 times.Ornithogalum saponins in different parts were extracted,and the result was showed:the extraction rate of the root was 0.94%,the stem was 0.89%,the leaves was 0.85%.The total saponins of the different parts were detected by HPLC,the results showed that the most saponins were contained in the stem.The yield of Ornithogalum saponins was 1.35%By n-butanol extraction.AB-8 and D296 macroporous resin used to remove sugar and color of the crude products.The yields of products were respectively 0.51%and 0.14%relatived to the raw materials.Ornithogalum saponins were separated and purificated by using silica gel column chromatography and solvent chloroform and methanol.The yields of monocomponent were 1.83%,2.67%,3.17%,5.33%,15.33%,5.67%,4.21%.By HPLC each component was detected,the results were 60.69%、65.01%、69.89%、73.31%、81.76%、77.22%、70.73%。Screening to the conditions of caudaside-glycosidase,used 25%lixivium of Caudaside as revulsant,Absidia sp.048 and Absidia sp.0848 were selected to react to Ornithogalum saponins,and the component E of the saponins were transformed.
