The management of hydrological information is essential to predict the water inrush and to product the coal safely.Currently the majority information of mine water prevention is the electronic data and the drawing paper in form of CAD,which makes the use and management of hydrological data relatively independent and decentralize,even easily lose,difficulttly share and can not be updated in time,resulting in the confusion of the management about the mine hydrologic information,and then affecting the accuracy and efficiency of the prediction of mine water disaster.Aiming at aboving problems,the mine hydrographic geographic information system is established,which is based on the hydrogeologic information of Xie Gou coal mine and advanced technologies such as computer Visual C#programming,database,GIS and so on.The system achieves informational management of hydrogeologic data and provides an important basis for the accurate prediction of coal mine water inrush.The specific contents are as follows:(1)As the multiple data sources and the various storing forms of the collceting mine hydrological data,this paper implements the conversion and interoperability of different data formats,which is in form of the AutoCAD、Excel、3ds、Geodatabase and Shapefile,etc.While the related hydrologic information is graphically processed and the implicit hydrogeologic rule is visually expressed.(2)In order to solve the decentralized management,imperfect informational storage and difficult operation of the mine hydrographic data,this paper establishes the mine hydrographic database,which includes the spatial and attribute database and is in basis of the tacticity of data,coding assignments,layering error checking and topology inspection,etc.The tacticity warehousing and layered classification are also achieved,which is convenient for user to query and analyze the information in accordance with the actual needs.(3)As the escape route will be affected by the actual equivalent length of roadway during the escaping for mine water disaster,the mathematical model of optimal escape route and Kth optimal escape routes are conducted,considering such influence factors as reliability factor efficiency of passage,actual equivalent length of the tunnel etc.Then their solutions are given,and the accurate access to the two routes and their interface display are realized.(4)Based on the comprehensive analysis of system requirements and the overall design of system,the mine hydrographic geographic information system is developed,which regards ArcGIS Engine and Visual Studio 2010 as the developed environment.The system,combining with the applied examples of the Xie Gou mine,achieves the management of mine hydrographic graphics and attribute data,the design of thematic map,buffer analysis,network analysis,map markers,spatial query,the management of water inrush prediction and other functions.Meanwhile,the water inrush aera of the 8#seam of Xie Gou coal mine is analyzed,which is based on the mathematical model of water inrush prediction and provides a scientific decision-making basis for the water inrush prediction of this area.
