In our country, after years of practice and demonstration, the solution adopted in deep-sea mining is hydraulic lifting system, include three parts: the mining ship(water platform),power lifting system and power collection system(crawler type collector). The power lifting system includes hard-pipe,flexible pipe and intermediate cabin, accurate description of the flexible pipe plays a vital role in the precise control and safety of deep-sea mining systems. In this paper,(1)Geometrically nonlinear spatial beam are used to describe the dynamic characteristics of flexible pipelines in deep sea mining, and the finite element framework of dynamic behavior of flexible pipelines is established by using Updated Lagrangian Formulation,Newmark method and Newton-Raphson iterative method.(2)Based on the object-oriented programming idea,a series of classes are designed with C++ combined with deep-sea mining flexible pipeline characteristics,These are the Matrix class, the CConfig class, the CElement class, the CStiff class, the CWtbuoy class, the CDsmove class and so on;And the shape and dynamics analysis software of flexible pipeline structure in deep-sea mining system are compiled. The software based on object-oriented programming idea improves the reusability, expansibility and readability of the code, and provides the convenience for the subsequent maintenance.(3)In order to better observe the configuration change of flexible pipelines in three-dimensional space, this paper this paper establishes the environment of OpenGL on the basis of MFC Single document program framework, and use OpenGL instead GDI of MFC.(4)Finally,Using this software, simulates the dynamic behavior of the flexible pipe in the special working conditions such as linear walking, circular path walking and in the combined action of gravity and buoyancy, and the final result accords with the expectation.
