In the coal coking production process,the safe production needs the stability of crude gas collection tube pressure,and the stability control is related to many technical indexes such as safe of using coke oven equipment,the quality of coke and the change of crude gas generation.The control system for crude gas collection tube pressure is a typical system with strong coupling and multiple and input multiple output variables.It is difficult to establish the accurate mathematical model.For such a complex system,classic PID single loop control method can't solve the problem of coupling,disturbance,and many other problems.Therefore,the intelligent hybrid decoupling control theory is an effective design to keep the stability of gas collection.Intelligent hybrid decoupling control is a kind of multivariable control system,which is the application of the fuzzy set theory,the overall layout and the overall coordination.The most prominent characteristic is that it does not need to depend on the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object for system design.In recent years,control technology for crude gas collection tube pressure developed well.The proposed system is based on fuzzy neural network,fuzzy rules to make the system have the capabilities of self-diagnosis,self-learning,adaptive and self-tuning.In this paper,the intelligent hybrid decoupling control scheme is adopted.FBD function block diagram and VC programming language are used to make the system stable,and satisfy the requirements of coking production process.
