Coal resource is abundant in our country,maintaining the 70%term in the proportion of primary energy consumption.Long-term high demand of coal resources promotes the research and development of the tunneling machine.Due to the condition of coal mining in our country is below average,except shanxi,shanxi,Inner Mongolia,other conditions of the coal field is poorer;when tunneling machine work in condition of poorer coal mine work,the performance that walking ability is poorer,lacking of cutting stability,higher failure rate may be appear.It influence the performance and working efficiency of tunneling machine largely,and existing a big hidden security.Analysis the performance that working on this kind of roadway became a important content in the study of tunneling machine.The article simply introduces tunneling machine mechanical and hydraulic system composition and working principle firstly,as to provide theoretical basis for machine work performance analysis.Then combined with the function of solidworks and RecurDyn,accomplish the Virtual prototype modeling of tunneling machine including travel department,cutting department,supporting department,ontology department,aiming at the condition of walking on slope,supporting the machine and no-load cutting process Kinematics simulation,analyzed the walking speed supporting force and a cutting tooth movement with the change of time,Compared with the theoretical value to verify the accuracy of the model and provide the foundation for further optimization analysis;Based on vehicle ground mechanics theory,analysis of the interaction of the tunneling machine crawler and the bottom system,establish a optimization model with maximum adhesion as the goal,track link related parameters as optimization variables,ultimate bearing capacity of soil,soil shear strength as constraint condition,with the help of genetic algorithm theory to solve the model,optimize the track structure parameters;Finally,based on RecurDyn/FFlex finite element module,dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the machine cutting condition,get three direction force of a cutting pick and cutting head,compared with the theoretical calculation value and analysis the accuracy of the finite element analysis results,provide a reference for engineering application,the simulation machine drilling conditions,analysis of the performance of machine.In this paper,the research results show that,through optimization of track parameters,improve the machine performance,that have practical significance to improving the crawler board design and walking machine performance;Under the drilling conditions,the machine is easy to appear slide phenomenon,drive rotary torque generated vibrations substantially,cause a certain degree of damage to mechanical and hydraulic system,the simulation analysis to provide reference for the machine.
