Michael addition reaction is a typical nucleophilic addition reaction, which has been in the field of organic synthesis. Michael addition reaction has a very wide range of applications, and is also a very important research focus.In order to solve Michael reaction in the usual situation to the difficulty of catalyst separated from the product recycling,reaction post-treatment process is relatively complex, easy to cause serious environmental pollution and so on these problems. This research adopts the alkaline zeolite molecular sieve ETS-10 as catalyst to introduce its use Michael addition reaction, in addition to improving the reaction rate and safety of such reactions, and can reduce the cost of response and solve environmental issues, to further expand the application of Michael addition reaction.In this paper, the application of basic zeolite ETS-10 in aza-Michael reaction is discussed. The main contents include: (1)Alkaline zeolite ETS-10 catalyze the aza-Michael addition reaction of Benzimidazole and Methyl acrylate, chemical structure of product characterization. (2) Alkaline zeolite ETS-10 catalyze the aza-Michael addition reaction of Benzimidazole and Methyl acrylate, chemical structure of product characterization. (3) Alkaline zeolite ETS-10 catalyze the aza-Michael addition reaction of Uracil substrates and Acrylic esters,the product chemical structure characterization.The research for synthetic Imidazoles derivatives,Benzimidazoles derivatives, Uracil derivatives provide a new route. Mild reaction conditions, simple operation, high yield, less pollution to the environment.
