| In recent years,as urbanization advances continuously and the people’s requirement of domestic water quality continue to increase,the output of sludge is also increasing sharply along with the increase of life sewage and industrial wastewater.Since its high moisture content,containing organics,heavy metals and a variety of pathogens,without processing the sludge may cause secondary pollution to the environment.As a new technology,sludge bio-drying has great development potential on treating the sludge for reduction,stabilization,harmless and reclamation.However,the study and application of this technology is still in its initial stage,some basic problems need to be solved.Sludge of North Shenyang waste water treatment plant and domesticated bacteria are used to improve the effect of bio-drying.Through the screening and domestication,we develop the against of Shenyang northern sewage treatment plant sludge dewatering superiority strains,and the strains tested,it is concluded that impressed inoculants on biological sludge drying effect has more obvious effect,in the process of drying,compared with patients without bacteria agent,plus a bacterium agent can make the sludge pile body the highest temperature of 18℃ or so,the final moisture content can be reduced by 20%.Superiority strains are got by domestication.The temperature of experiments with them is higher and the moisture content is lower.The quantity of bacteria which is 5%is the best.Through the test the thermophilic bacteria counts and the temperature and moisture content of sludge monitoring,this paper draw the thermophiles quantity and in the process of drying temperature,moisture content of the correlation curve of change,will intuitively understand that the relationship between them.Pictures of quantity of thermophilic bacteria with time or temperature are got by detection which show relations of them.Straws are found better than bark and sawdust to be conditioner in bio-drying and 2-6mm is found the best grain size of straws and 5:1 is believed the best ratio of sludge and conditioner in bio-drying by experiments and analysis. |
