Dye wastewater is one of the key sources of persistent organic pollutants which are hard to be degraded.the traditional wastewater treatment technique cannot meet the needs of discharge standard.The three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method is a new type of electrochemistry water treatment technology,and it is more and more attentioned in sewage disposal in recent years.The paper processed refractory dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method,studied its mechanism of action of dye removal and technics conditions systematically and verify the advantage of three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.It offers technical references for the treatment of refractory organic wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.In this study,experimental apparatus was the homemade electrochemical reactor.treatrment object was simulated acid scarlet wastewater,processed refractory dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method,there aspects has been studied:(1)The research of single factor influence and the best process conditions of dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method and establish the dynamic model;(2)The comparative study of treatment of dye wastewater by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method and two-dimensional electrode method;(3)Verify the effect of three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method inseveral other dye wastewater and the actual dye wastewater.The following results are achieved in this dissertation from the above experimental research and the oretical analysis:The influence of electrolyte voltage,reaction time,pH value,electrolyte voltage,types and concentration of electrolyte,concentration of Fe2+,concentration of dye wastewater,pole distance on the treatment effect of dye wastewater was discussed during single factor and orthogonal experiment and then through the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal reaction conditions were that phenol concentration is electrolyte voltage is 20V,reaction time is 80min,100mg/L,concentration of Fe2+ is 0.5g/L,pole distance is 4cm,pH value is 3.0,concentration of electrolyte is 1.2g/L,pH value is 3.0,concentration of electrolyte Na2SO4 is 1.2g/L,aeration volume is 0.8m3/h,concentration of Activated carbon is 100g/L.At this situation the removal rate of dye could be reached 96.45%and the removal rate of COD could be reached 83.94%.The process of dye oxidative degradation by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method accord with first order reaction kinetics model.The Dynamic equation is In(C0/Ct)=0.0419t-0.1079.The comparative study results of the three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method and two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method showed that the removal rate of dye wastewater of three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method is higher above 10%than two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method,and when the removal rate of dye is about 90%,three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method saves energy nearly 69%than two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.The requirements of electrolyte voltage of three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method is lower than two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method,it could process the higher concentration of dye wastewater.For the electrolyte voltage and the dosage of electrolyte,three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method is lower and less than two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.Three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method has good treatment effect on other kinds of dye wastewater and the actual dye wastewater.All kinds of dye wastewater removal rate were over 80%,the highest can reach 96.62%.Containing various additives,components of complex actual dye wastewater,decolorization and COD of treated water all have very good processing effect.It has notable effect,simple operation and no secondary pollution on treatment of dye by three-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.And it has energy-saving and high efficiency than conventional two-dimensional electrode-Fenton method.Its a effective refractory organic wastewater treatment technology.lt can popularizing and applying in actual project through further research and improvement.
