Research And Design Of Modification Plan On Hedong Landfill Waste Leachate Treatment Engineering

With the development of yinchuan economic construction,the urban scale expands unceasingly,the landfill quantity increasing,leachate just through simple gush in the landfill,will only make the pollutants inside the landfill is piling up,eventually led to the leachate is very difficult to handle,will only bring to the surrounding environment different degrees of pollution,has brought the serious influence to people's life.In order to improve the ecological environment,to ensure the sustainable economic development of yinchuan,improve people's living standard,the governance of water pollution has become a top priority.Therefore,in this paper,the yinchuan hedong garbage leachate engineering modification.According to the water quality of the yinchuan hedong garbage leachate engineering index indicators,we determine the scale of leachate treatment engineeringdesign for 200m3/d,capacity is 73000m3/a,the specific parameters are as follows: influent quality SS=800mg/L,BOD5=5000mg/L,CODCr=12000mg/L,TN=2000mg/L,NH3-N=1500mg/L.In accordance with the April08,the state environmental protection department,the state administration of quality supervision and quarantine issued a "life landfill pollution control standard" GB16889-2008,perform general regional emissions standards for leachate effluent standards provide requirements,determine treatment effluent is reached:SS?30mg/L,BOD5?30mg/L,CODCr?100mg/L,NH3-N?25mg/L,TN?40 mg/L,NH3-N?25mg/L.According to the condition and the specific requirements of the leachate in the landfill leachate of Yinchuan City,the treatment process of JS-BC(biochemical)+ST-RO and the solution of the concentrated solution of the concentrated solution was determined.Based on this scheme,the structure of each treatment selection and design,then made some preliminary computational and workcompleted the drawings.JS-BC(biochemical)technology for biological treatment process,ST-RO reverse osmosis membrane treatment process,the landfill back filling as the concentration of liquid treatment technology,making the water quality reached the "domestic waste landfill pollution control standards",the relevant provisions of the design is achieved.At the same time,it can also provide a lot of reference for the design of other landfill leachate treatment engineering.
