| Perovskite-type oxides(ABO3) as a catalyst for the control of environmental pollution has a very important research value. At present, the preparation methods of perovskite material are mainly composed of gas phase method, liquid phase method and solid phase method. The liquid phase method is a commonly used preparation method of perovskite type oxide, which includes sol gel method, coprecipitation method, solvent heat method, microemulsion method and so on.In this paper,a series of Sr and Fe-doped La1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3(x = 0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,y=0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8)perovskite samples were prepared by sol-gel method using citric acid as complexing agent at 600 ℃,700 ℃ and 800 ℃ calcination temperature. Then the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the synthesized samples. Finally, the influence of Sr,Fe doping amount and calcination temperature on the structure and physicochemical properties of perovskite crystals was discussed. The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)show that the perovskite phase can be formed by any combination of Sr element doping ratio,Fe element doping ratio and calcination temperature. When Sr element doping ratio x = 0,0.2,0.4 and the Fe element doping ratio y = 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8,the perovskite prepared is more pure and stable, and the combination of this doping ratio can be prepared at the calcination temperature of 600 ℃ to obtain a complete perovskite crystal structure, which has high crystallinity, good morphology, good dispersibility and uniformity, large specific surface area, and high catalytic activity. |
