| Straw contains a large number of nutrients and organic matter, which can be widely used as feed and fertilizer. However, most of the existing processing technologies have the problems of large occupied area and long time consuming. In this study, a kind of microbial earthworm coupling system was established using three kinds of microbial agents with earthworms, and at the same time the role of straw and peel vegetables mixed waste materials mixed under different proportions in order to seek the best microbial agent and raw material ratio, expecting to achieve the resource utilization of the straw.Effects of microbial inoculants on the performance of straw was discussed. The results showed that the microbial agent had a decreasing effect on total carbon, total nitrogen and C/N,and could increase the available phosphorus and available potassium. The effect of EM on total carbon, available phosphorus and C/N was stronger, and the effect of VT1000 on total nitrogen, available potassium and hemicellulose was stronger. The treatment effect of each agent was optimal when the material ratio was 3:2, meanwhile, the total carbon content and C/N ratio of materials were 8.19% and 14.44, respectively, and the available phosphorus increased by treatmenting with EM. The changes of total nitrogen, available potassium and hemicellulose were 54.75%, 80.46% and 60.09% respectively after treatment with VT1000.High throughput sequencing technology was used to study the effect of microbial community structure on the properties of materials. The results showed that the relative abundance of Unclassified-k-Fungi was significantly higher than that of other microbial agents in the treatment of EM. The relative abundance of Acidobacteria was significantly higher than that of other microbial agents in the treatment of VT1000. The former has an effect on the change of C/N, and the latter has some correlation with total nitrogen and available potassium. The microbial earthworm effects on coupling system was investigated, the results showed that the effect of straw microbial earthworm coupling system of the material performance and the use of microbial agents alone influence are basically the same, but the change scale was larger. When the Complexed material under 3:2 ratio was treated by EM agent, the treatment effect was optimal. The daily gain and daily multiplication of earthworms reached 0.0484 and 0.1858 respectively. The contents of total carbon, total nitrogen and C/N in earthworm manure were 11.48%,0.66%, and 16.99 respectively. Available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 77.14% and 75.34% respectively. The hemicellulose degradation rate reached to 73.23%.X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were used to analysis on the content of organic matter and the content of earthworm manure produced by the straw material and EM of 3:2 treated. The results showed that the contents of Mg, S, P, K and other organic compounds which were necessary for the growth of the combined plants were higher, and the organic components were also changed, which possess the potential to become a plant fertilizer. |
