Electrochromic materials are able to change reflectance,transmittance and absorption persistently and reversibly by the driving of the external voltage.It has become a hot research topic in the world for its attractive application prospect.As one of the most typical materials,electrochromic materials,it not only can be used in the smart windows and low energy consumptiondisplay device,but also can be used in automotive glass,military equipment and other fields.Due to the broad market space and low permeability in our country,the market of materials which have high performancewill be more attractive.Unfortunately,single color change,slow switching speed and short life time will limit the electrochromism technology.Hybrid organic/inorganic electrochromic materials with new functionalitieshave become one of the most active research areas of materialsscience,it can achieve the purposethat the electrochromic materials have more discoloration species,faster discoloration speedand better cyclical stability by combining the hardness and thermal stability of inorganic framework materials with the flexibility,good conductivityand multi color change such characteristics of organic materials.Nanohybridization of a conducting polymer and ametal oxide semiconductor has been recognized as one of themost attractive combinations for the organic/inorganichybrids.An EC device which have more discoloration species is one of the mostpromising technological applications of metal oxides andconducting polymers.Firstly,the NiO nano oxide thin films is prepared by chemical bath deposition,the different deposition time and reactant concentration will have a greatly influence in the superficial growth of the porous NiO thin films.It can be proved that the films will have a maximum optical modulation range when the deposition time is 15min and the reactant concentration is lmol/L through the research and comparisonof its photoelectric performance.Secondly,the WO3 nano oxide thin films is prepared byhydro-thermal method,the different hydrothermaltemperature and sintering time will have a greatly influence in the superficial growth of the net-like morphology WO3 thin films.It can be proved that the films will have a maximum optical modulation range when the depositiontemperature is 120?and the sintering time is 25h through the research and comparisonof its photoelectric performance.Thridly,A highly porous NiO/polyaniline(PANI)composite film which have an intercrossing net-like morphology is prepared by the electrodeposition on the nano NiO thin films with a layer of PANI thin film.Because of the presence of PANI,the composite film shows the phenomenon of multi-color change.The cycle index has a great influence in the superficial growth of the composite film by using the cyclic voltammetry method.It can be proved that the films will have a better photoelectric performance when the cycle index is 40 cycles through the research and comparisonof its photoelectric performance.
