Today,the oils resources is reducing and the price of oils is increasing.The waste lubricating oil can turn waste into treasure,save limited resources,give full play to the maximum useful value of oil resources.The more important is that it can reduce the huge burden to the environment,such as the waste lubricating oil recycling can reduce the water and soil resources pollution,can reduce air pollution to human beings,to create a clean living environment.Therefore,how to use environmentally friendly and pollution-free,and cost-effective means of recycling waste oil recycling,has gradually become a growing concern.At this stage,the relatively mature technology of waste lubricating oil regeneration has been applied in the process of regeneration,which is less polluting and almost no pollution to the environment.However,there are more or less shortcomings in these technologies.Some regeneration technologies need to invest in higher costs,some of the regeneration of the operating conditions are very strict,difficult to achieve.Based on the cooperation project between Shanghai Baosteel and Shanghai University of Applied Technology,this paper presents a simple and feasible method for the regeneration of waste lubricating oil by consulting relevant references.Compared with other technologies,this process has the advantages of low energy consumption,simple equipment,environmentally friendly and non-polluting,sustainable production and soon.In this paper,The rolling sludge generated by Baosteel stainless steel cold rolling mill DMS20 roller reversible cold rolling mill was used as raw material.after flocculation,and then through the self-made polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane separation,After flocculation pretreatment and self-made polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane separation,the waste film was calcined to be porous carbon materialsused which was used to deal with the waste sludge to get rolling base oil.In the preparation of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane,the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane was prepared by phase conversion method.The content of polyvinylidene fluoride,pore forming agent,solvents on the structure and performance of membrane was investigated by scanning electron photographs.The experimental results show that the membrane pore size decreases with the increase of polyvinylidene fluoride resin content.When the content of polyvinylidene fluoride resin resin is 18%,the membrane structure is better.The pore size distribution of polyvinylidene fluoride membrane prepared by using N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent is more uniform and its membrane structure is better.polyvinylidene fluoride membranes with polyvinylpyrrolidone(K30)had better pore size.In addition,after flocculation-membrane separation,which can effectively remove most of the large particles of impurities,such as,colloid,asphaltene,metal particles,water,etc.Recycled oil samples were better than the waste lubricanting oil.The effects of different polyvinylidene fluoride contents and different calcination temperatures on the structure of the adsorbent were investigated in the experimental part of the porous carbon material(Referred to as PVDF-C,the same below).The experimental results show that with the increase of the content of polyvinylidene fluoride resin,the adsorption capacity of nitrogen and micropore distribution are increasing.When the content of PVDF resin was 18%,the adsorption capacity of nitrogen and pore distribution was the largest.The adsorption amount of nitrogen and the distribution of micropores in the PVDF-C porous carbon material become parabolic with the increase of the calcination temperature.At 700?,the nitrogen adsorption capacity of PVDF-C porous carbon material was the largest,and the distribution of micro holes was the most concentrated.At the same time,it was found that the graph it izat ion degree of PVDF-C was enhanced with the increasing of treatment temperature.In addition,after the adsorption process,the color and smell of oil sample have been greatly improved.
