The researchers try to use all kinds of preparation methods to get the surface who have similar lotus leaf structure of bionic super hydrophobic.However,Preparation of bionic super hydrophobic layer whether the selection of base material,or the research of preparation process and so on.There are a lot of field to research.As we all know,Si is a typical hydrophobic material,but Si O2 is a hydrophilic material.So Research the surface composed of Si and SiO2 of micro-nano secondary structure and the preparation of super hydrophobic layer and its performance is of great significance.Specific work is as follows:1.With silicon wafer?100?as the base,the wet etching are quadrangular frustum pyramid structure of silicon mask convex corner compensation technology,based on the Intellisense simulation software,determine on the?100?silicon wafer using KOH anisotropic etching silicon and mask version of the graphics.And by using MEMS technology to obtain quadrangular frustum pyramid structure.2.On the base four quadrangular frustum pyramid structure of silicon wafer,SiO2 nanoparticles sol was prepared,the SiO2 nano layer prepared by spraying method,formed the double heterogeneous micro-nano secondary structure.And the micro-nano had been used to characterize the secondary structure of super hydrophobic layer.3.Established the rough surface model,using the fractal theory of micro-nano secondary structure of the ultra thin on the surface of the water meter has carried on the solving fractal dimension,For the super hydrophobic layer contact Angle calculation provides a theoretical support.4.By condensation experiments,comparison of different size of micro/nano droplets invasive and contact Angle difference,by data collection,analysis and comparison,we get hydrophobic properties have surplus best cases,the best micro structure size.In this paper constructs the micro/nano silicon substrate is secondary rough surface structure of super hydrophobic surface layer,combining with the fractal theory to analyze the surface model,by condensation experiments verify the effectiveness of the design.Using silicone material preparation of homogenous heterosexual hydrophobic layer broke the previous high surface energy of metal materials,construction of micro/nano super hydrophobic structure than before mm/nanoscale structures have substantial progress.The micro-nano surface can be applied to the condenser from the water surface.
