Due to the unique nature of the production process of the Tianguan Fuel Ethanol Co.Ltd and the complexity of the raw material,the products produced by the company are not universal in the market,instrument manufacturers do not develop relevant product models,especially no near infrared model reported in cassava and gluten products.Hence,the company need a new kind of inspection method with convenience and fast quality to guide the production.In this paper,the chemical method for the determination of the chemical composition of the cassava,valley gluten,DDGS distiller’s grains feed samples was established.Then the DA7200 near infrared tester samples was collected near infrared spectra.Through partial least squares(PLS),multiplicative scatter correction(MSc)and derivative processing spectral preprocessing to establish the rapid detection of cassava,Valley gluten,DDGS distiller’s grains feed model,and the model validation were in line with the standard requirements,can be used in the routine detection of cassava,valley gluten and DDGS distiller’s grains feed.After long period of practical production,the method is fast,accurate,clean,efficient,non-destructive and low cost,in line with the requirements ethanol long-term continuous production of raw materials,intermediate products,production of finished product testing requirements can effectively guide the production adjustment,for ethanol production quality control and effective protection.
