Pipeline rupture and formation fracture often occur in today's oil exploitation in our country. These accidents not only cause great economic losses, but also destroyed the marine ecological environment severely. Therefore the research on emergency treatment technology of leakage accident of marine petroleum exploitation is imminent.The purpose of the study is to deal with the spill caused by the process of marine petroleum exploitation, application of "underwater oil gas facilities leakage rescue technology" quickly control and collect oil. As far as possible to avoid the leakage of oil and gas pollution the environment. meet our growing demand of exploitation and utilization of Marine oil and gas safety.Through in-depth analysis the literature of the technical measures to the domestic and foreign major marine oil spill and its response to treatment ,put forward the"underwater oil gas facilities leakage rescue technology" of overall scheme.First uses the containment device in order to buckle spill point to collect the oil.
