Identification Of Organization Driven Factors Of Safety Production Manaement Mode

There has being some difficulties in the management of safety production recently, of which is the diversity of security problems, the complexity of the unsafe factors, the complexity of the safe production relations, the difference of goal . Improving safety management is an effective way to promote production safety, and it is very important to establish a safety production management mode which is suitable for the development of the organization. The operation and development of the safety production management mode are mainly driven by the organizational factors. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the driving factors of the safety production management mode from the organizational level:First of all, the research on the theoretical framework of identifying driving factors of the safety production management mode. From different perspectives, analyzing relevant literature, defining the meaning of safety production management mode and organization driven factors, discriminating the particularity of organization driven factors about safety production management mode; analyzing the theoretical basis of safety production management mode evolution and driven factors and the method of factor identification.Therefore, establishing the theoretical framework of identifying driving factors of the safety production management mode.Secondly, building the theoretical assumptions and model of the organization driving factors of safety production management mode. Using literature extraction method to find the related literature about organization driving factors of management mode, and screening the related literature which is related with safety production management mode; collecting the information about operation and development of different safety production management modes which are driven by different organization factors, then encoding the information to tease out the driving factors from different organization; collecting the related literature about expressing the relationships between driving factors and safety production management mode,establishing the theoretical hypothesis model about the organizational driving factors of safety production management mode.Thirdly, testing the theoretical hypothesis model by the means of structural equation model. According to the results of grounded theory related literature, getting the required scale, then selecting the sample and collecting the data; checking on reliability and validity of the index by the software of SPSS21.0, building structural equation model by the software of Amos21.0, then verifying the theoretical hypothesis about the organization driving factors of the safety production management mode and confirming the organization driven factors of safety production management mode from different development stage.Finally, based on the perspective of organizational driven factors, the author puts forward suggestions on improving the safety production management mode .If the organization has the conditions to meet the current safety production management model, it needs to analyze the characteristics of its organization driving factors and existing problems,put forward suggestions for improvement. If the organization has the conditions to meet the higher level of safety production management mode, analyzing the differences of the organization driving factors of the safety production management mode in different development stages, the paper puts forward the suggestions on the changes of the primary safety production management mode to the advanced production management mode.
