Study On The Mechanism Of Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Basin

Ecological compensation mechanism is an important part of the ecological civilization system,with the development of ecological civilization in recent years,ecological compensation mechanism attach great importance by the domestic and foreign scholars and governments at all levels.The watershed is an interrelated ecosystem,involving a series of administrative regions,which is needed to establish a cross-administrative regional ecological compensation mechanism in order to balance the interests,and the development of watershed ecology.The ecological compensation mechanism of the watershed can adjust the benefits among the contributed stakeholders of the ecological protection,as well as toll "users" "destroyers" and compensate "builders" "protectors",so as to reach the purpose of protection for the ecological environment.Jiangxi Province is a national ecological civilization experimental area,which has a good ecological basis,and initially established to cover the entire province’s watershed ecological compensation mechanism,and explore and practice interprovincial watershed ecological compensation mechanism in Dongjiang River Basin of the Guangdong Province.In this paper,taking Jiangxi Province watershed ecological compensation mechanism as an example,we should study and make suggestions for the compensation mechanism of watershed in China,and provide reference and suggestions for improving the ecological compensation mechanism of watershed in China.This paper discusses the basic concepts and basic theories of ecological compensation and ecological compensation of watershed,and provides theoretical support for the follow-up study.This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological compensation research and practice in the watershed both at domestic and abroad to provide some advantageous experience for China.Especially on the ecological compensation of Jiangxi Province,conducted in-depth research and analysis,carried out the policy assessment,extracted some experience and revelation.And based on this,in-depth analyzed the ecological compensation in China’s problems.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,the author puts forward relevant policy suggestions on perfecting the ecological compensation mechanism of watershed in China.
