Linear vibration cleaning sieve is an indispensable screening equipment,it is widely used in food storage and processing,screen,chemical,construction and other industries,mainly used for screening,dehydration,sculping material processing technology etc.Linear vibrating screen has the advantages of high production efficiency,stable operation,good occupation space and convenient maintenance.With the continuous improvement of the performance and efficiency of the relevant equipment,the requirements of the vibrating screen are more and more,and the vibration screen is developing towards the direction of large scale,high efficiency and multi-function.With the rapid development of the national large grain storage and the food processing enterprises,the grain cleaning efficiency requirements are also increasing,so there is an urgent need for a large and high efficiency vibration cleaning sieve.According to the current development situation of the vibration cleaning sieve and the structure characteristics of TQLZ180x200 type grain vibration cleaning sieve,this article concentrates on the innovative design of the vibrating cleaning screens,and is ready to design a large grain vibration cleaning sieve.According to the characteristics of large grain yield mechanism design of vibration cleaning sieve,the simulation analysis of theoretical parameters,structural dynamic characteristics and screening efficiency on the vibration cleaning sieve,can yield high efficiency vibration sieve results of optimization design,and provide reference and direction analysis,it can provide the reference and direction for the structural optimization design of large grain vibration cleaning sieve.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)According to the characteristics of TQLZ180x200 type grain vibration cleaning sieve,the design of the structure,the selection of material and the working principle are introduced for the large grain vibration cleaning sieve,and the three dimensional model was established by using 3D modeling software Solidworks.These provide new ideas and directions for structural design of the the large grain vibration cleaning sieve,and prepare for the following theoretical analysis and simulation analysis.(2)The theoretical calculation,dynamic analysis,mechanical model and dynamic equation were established for the grain vibration cleaning sieve,which resulted in an increase of 71.2%.These provide theoretical basis for the simulation and the analysis.(3)The finite element model is established in the finite element analysis software for the grain vibration cleaning sieve,then the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out to get the first ten order natural frequency,vibration sieve,equivalent formation diagram of stress distribution diagram and the overall deformation distribution map.The analysis results show that the structure of the vibrating screen will not resonate,and its stiffness and strength can meet the actual requirements.(4)The discrete element analysis software EDEM was used to simulate the process of vibration screen,Firstly,the process parameters(vibration frequency,amplitude,direction of vibration and inclination of sieve surface)of the screening effect are grouped,secondly,the simulation parameters of different groups were used to obtain the relevant parameters of the screening,and finally the data were processed and the curve was drawn.The effect of each factor on the screening effect was analyzed to obtain the optimum process parameters.It provides the basis for the analysis of the screening effect and the setting of parameters.
