Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of the world manufacturing industry,electron beam welding technology as a high-quality,clean,efficient welding technology,has gradually become a dominant technology is widely used.Electron beam welder equipment key components Electron guns need a set of stable,reliable high-voltage power supply to provide work energy.Therefore,the performance of high-voltage power supply system has a critical impact on the quality of the weld.This project comes from the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Support Program--"The development of electron beam welding machine power supply systems for rail welding."This paper focuses on the principles of high-voltage accelerated electron beam welder power were introduced,it was designed to study the specific parameters of the working principle of the resonant converter and the converter works,and describes a control system that controls hardware chips and design software.The paper also introduces the hardware simulation experiment platform of high voltage power supply system,and the simulation experiment is carried out on the high voltage power supply system by using the real-time simulation platform to improve the design efficiency.Electron beam welder High-voltage power supply system mainly includes high-voltage acceleration power supply,cathode filament heating power and other parts.Electron beam welder power main circuit includes rectifier filter circuit,Buck circuit,inverter circuit,resonant conversion circuit,high frequency transformer and voltage doubler rectifier.The control part of the high voltage power supply uses the DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the control core,adopts the PWM and PFM mixed modulation method to isolate the high voltage feedback signal through the voltage dividing circuit.The sampled voltage signal first passes through the A / D conversion on the DSP2812 control board The module directly to the analog-digital conversion,and then the sampling voltage and a given voltage comparison calculation processing,according to the calculated deviation and then calculated by the PI algorithm corresponding PWM wave pulse width value,and the calculated results into the comparison unit Produce the appropriate PWM waveform output to the main circuit of the high voltage power supply,control the power conversion device IGBT turn on and off,to achieve closed-loop control,and thus achieve high-speed acceleration power supply fast regulation and stability control.This paper sets up a high-voltage power system hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform,the use of hardware and software to combine the way to study high-voltage power supply system.According to the main parameters,technical requirements,functions and topology of the components of the circuit of the high voltage power supply system of the electron beam welder,the hardware and software platform of the high voltage power supply system of the electron beam welder is built.The simulation of the main circuit and the main parameters of the simulation,the electron beam welder high voltage power supply system to study.The simulation results show that the prototype technology can improve the efficiency of the prototyping experiment.Finally,through the prototype experiment,the technical parameters of the high voltage power supply system of the electron beam welder are basically reached,and a stable and reliable power supply system prototype is obtained,which promotes the national industry.
