| Taoxikeng tungsten mine has used short-hole shrinkage method to product the resources.Due to the poor adaptive mining method before,some accidents such as local roof fracturing,funnels breakage have been happened.In order to ensure safe and efficient production of the mine,it is necessary to redesign a new mining method and a new parameter of stope structure.This paper use AHP and numerical analysis to solve this problem.The main conclusions are as followed.(1)According to the production technology condition,this paper choose shrinkage method,slicing and caving method and upward horizontal slice stopping and filling method as primary selection.Applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Mathematics Principle,build a comprehensive evaluation model of exploitation scheme to find that sublevel drilling and stope mining is the best mining method;(2)Laboratory rock tests were conducted on two main rocks drilled down in the face,we gained the necessary parameter values of the two rocks,and use the experience reduction to get the mechanical parameters of rock mass to used in numerical simulation;(3)Use sublevel drilling and stope mining as research object,making use of the softwares named ANSYS and FLAC3 D to imitate 9 schemes designed before.Use value engineering theory to compare the calculation results,turning out the best Stope structure parameter is that span of chamber is 48 meters,the thickness of the interstall pillaris 6 meters,the thickness of top pillar is 5 meters.(4)Established the monitoring network of stope stability of the Taoxikeng mine,this paper analysis the results of monitoring to prove that this program designed is reasonable. |
