| Different granularity of pure minerals flotation tests have been carried out in this paper,and with the aid of mineral surface contact Angle,agent adsorption,streaming potential,turbidity test method,different flotation conditions is mainly studied on(pH,Sodium oleate,sodium silicate,HXL)scheelite、fluorite、calcite about flotation behavior and the relationship between the granularity,looked at the the interaction between particles of the mineral,analyzed the different reagents and mineral mechanism as well as the reason of the difference of mineral flotation behavior caused by particle size.Through flotation test under the condition of different agents have not graded and graded(-150+74um、-74+54um、-54+38um、-38+20um、-20+10um、-10um)scheelite、fluorite、calcite shows that:(1)Scheelite flotation performance relate to particle size,-10 um fine particle content.The scheelite flotability can be divided into:-74+10um >-150+74um >-10 um according to the particle size.Flotation optimum size is-74+10um.-10 um fine-grained scheelite affect +10um coarse grain of scheelite relate to coarse grain size.When the scheelite contained-10 um fine-grained,-38+10um scheelite can improve the flotation effect.Compared with the unrated mineral flotation test,scheelite ore particle size range is relatively concentrated "narrow level",can improve the flotation recovery.(2)Calcite particle size influence on flotability tiny,different granularity flotability are similar.-150 + 10 um flotability of fluorite are similar,when granularity is-10 um flotability fell slightly.Compared with scheelite,particle size have smaller influence than fluorite and calcite,the flotability of calcite and fluorite better than scheelite,as well as the buoyant pH section overlap,cause the difficulty flotation separation of scheelite,calcite and fluorite.Artificial mixed mineral flotation experiments shows that:scheelite、fluorite、calcite contain-10 um fine particle can lead to adverse effect on flotation separation all of them.Agent HXL can promote the separating effect of scheelite、fluorite、calcite.-10 um fine particle take disadvantage of activation.Add HXL,scheelite-fluorite-calcite-quartz mixed ore flotation concentrate recovery of WO3 change from 60.56% to 70.82%.The Zeta potential and the contact Angle analysis shows that,fluorite contact Angle is the largest,the second is the calcite,the minimum is scheelite,contact Angle of calcite has nothing to do with granularity,in the fluorite-10 um contact angle is smaller than-150+10um,scheelite contact Angle size order is:-74+10um>-150+74um>-10 um.Add medicament HXL,can increase the contact Angle difference between scheelite and fluorite、calcite,the electric potential of scheelite is move more than fluorite、calcite,in favour of the flotation separation of scheelite,calcite and fluorite.Turbidity test shows that sodium oleate can make scheelite,calcite and fluorite reunite,add sodium silicate,sodium oleate,HXL,can promote agglomeration between scheelite,but fluorite、calcite state presence dispersed state.-10 um Fine-grained scheelite fine-grained scheelite have different influence on different coarse granularity turbidity of scheelite.When-10 um fine-grained scheelite mixes with coarse grain grade scheelite,-150+38um scheelite dispersed state is more obvious than-38+10um,-38+10um scheelite cohesion between particles much more better,increases the apparent size of particles,more conducive to flotation.Adsorption tests showed that,Sodium oleate on the surface of the fluorite and calcite,adsorption capacity is greater than the white tungsten,The flotability of fluorite,scheelite-10 um variation is due to fine particle specific surface area largen,lead to unit of specific surface area decreased adsorption.The reason of-10 um fine-grained scheelite for coarse scheelite flotation effect is not caused by sodium oleate adsorption quantity,but poly group dispersion behavior between mineral grains.Through EDLVO theory shows-10 um fine-grained scheelite and-150+10um coarse grain of scheelite attract each other.When-150+10um tungsten grain size becomes fine,-10 um the easier fine-grained scheelite adhesion on the coarse grain of scheelite,So that the hydrophobic poly group behavior the more obvious,the more conducive to flotation.This explains that-10 um scheelite have the influence of the-150+10um scheelite flotation effect change with coarse grain size. |
