Ammonium Paratungstate(APT)is an intermediate product of tungsten smelting by ion exchange method,which is the raw material for producing tungsten carbide and cemented carbide.In this paper,according to the present situation of APT product washing filter by using artificial filtration washing method,a kind of automatic filtration process is presented and a kind of automatic washing and filtering integrated machine with no power distribution,pure water leaching,vacuum filtration and automatic unloading is designed.The main contents and conclusions of the APT automatic washing and filtering integrated equipment contains three processes of APT non dynamic uniform cloth,vacuum filtration APT,shovel hopper unloading are as follows:(1)According to the present problems of artificial filtration washing APT,combined with the enterprise’s needs.By using the function analysis method,several functional principle schemes are listed and the overall scheme of the APT automatic washing and filtering equipment is determined through comparative analysis.(2)The conceptual design of APT filter cloth is established,and the mathematical model of hydraulics is established.The mechanical parameters of the distributor are determined.On the basis of this,a kind of turbo type distributor is designed,which is driven by APT solid-liquid mixture by means of SolidWorks software.(3)Based on the theory of solid-liquid separation and filtration,the influence factors of filtration rate are analyzed.According to the filter’s working principle,the parameter design and structure design of filter are analyzed,and finally the virtual prototype model of APT vacuum filter was established by SolidWorks software.In order to analyze the internal solid-liquid separation situation of APT vacuum filter,a simplification model of filter chamber is established and numerical simulation of filtration process is analyzed by FLUENT fluid simulation software.The velocity cloud chart,pressure cloud chart,concentration cloud chart and filter cake thickness cloud chart of filter chamber are obtained,which provides certain reference to improve the filtration rate of vacuum filter.(4)The formation of resistance and its factors are analyzed during the process of inserting the hopper into the APT heap.When the insertion depth is certain,the angle between the shovel hopper and the filter medium is in the range of 10 degrees,the filter cake layereddischarge and the insertion resistance is the smallest.Through the analysis of unloading trajectory of the filter cake,the loading capacity of the conveyor is improved.(5)On the basis of the above research,the overall control scheme of APT automatic cleaning equipment is determined.The SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC was used to design the control system of APT automatic cleaning equipment.The real-time monitoring system of intelligent man-machine interface is designed by using EasyBuider8000 touch screen software.
