In order to explore the effective treatment of some special wastewater?such as antibiotic wastewater?,the paper put forward the research ideas of photocatalytic oxidation technology to degrade antibiotic wastewater, the preparation of TiO2 nanotubes and modified TiO2 nanotubes and its photocatalytic degradation of antibiotic cephalosporins Thiooxime sodium wastewater, the following conclusions are drawn:?1?The orthogonal design was used to design the TiO2 nanotube array. The TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by anodic oxidation method. The results of Duncan analysis showed that TiO2 nanometer arrays The best experimental parameters were voltage 30 V,electrolysis time 6h,plate spacing 5cm,ammonium fluoride concentration 0.5%.The degradation rate of cefotaxime sodium was 68.5% after treated with 13 W UV lamp for240 min.The SEM micrographs of the TiO2 nanotubes showed that the diameter of the nanotubes was about 30-45 nm,the orifice was round or oval, and the XRD patterns showed that the crystal of the TiO2 nanotubes after calcination structure has changed.?2?The modified TiO2 nanotubes were prepared by anodic oxidation and immersion method, and the degradation rate was analyzed by Duncan method by using SPSS Statistics to study the influence factors of TiO2 nanotubes.Fe and Ce co-doped TiO2 nanometer arrays were prepared by adding ferric nitrate and cerium nitrate into the electrolyte solution, and then immersing them in concentrated ammonia water to obtain Fe,Ce,N co-doped TiO2 nanometer arrays The results of Duncan's comparative analysis showed that the best experimental parameters were voltage 30 V,electrolysis time 6h,plate spacing 5cm,ammonium fluoride concentration 0.6%,ferric nitrate 4%,cerium nitrate0.8% The degradation rate of cefotaxime sodium was 80.4% after 4h irradiation with 13 W UV light as light source.?3?The scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and X-ray diffraction?XRD?of modified TiO2 nanotubes showed that the diameter of modified TiO2 nanotubes was about50 nm.The XRD patterns showed that the TiO2 nanotubes has some changes in the crystal structure compared with the TiO2 nanorods, the rutile phase TiO2 nanotubes increased, and the degradation rate of the Cefotaxime sodium was improved..?4?Compared with TiO2 nanotubes and modified TiO2 nanotubes, the effect of SO42-and Cl-on the photocatalytic degradation of Cefotaxime sodium was better than that of TiO2 nanotubes.Indicating that Fe doping can improve the photocatalytic activity of thematerial,Ce,N can broaden the available range of TiO2 nanotubes.
