Nowadays,our country is facing a serious form of environmental protection,haze shadow shrouded over the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Moreover,the power industry is the center of national environmental protection industry,in order to complete the mission of energy-saving,emission reduction as well as pollution reduction,electric workers have paid a great effort in their own posts.Xuanhua thermoelectric in Zhangjiakou City Xuanhua District,because Zhangjiakou City will cooperate with Beijing to jointly organize the Olympic Games in 2022,it makes Xuanhua thermoelectric energy-saving emission reduction work particularly important.To achieve energy saving and emission reduction,we should first improve the operational efficiency of the unit.Moreover,to elevate the operational efficiency of the unit not only related to the host equipment,but also has an important relation with the auxiliary equipment.In the present article,Xuanhua thermoelectric # 1 # 2 unit,for example,through conducting simple calculation and analysis on a number of auxiliary systems such as:circulating water system,condenser system,turbine low pressure system,we can get some corresponding values of the steam turbine power and the condenser pressure as well as the power increment after the change of the circulating pump operation mode.On this basis,the optimal operation mode of the circulating water pump is acquired.At the same time,we compiled the optimal running condition diagram of the circulating water pump,which provides the theoretical basis and foundation for the scientific guidance of Xuanhua thermoelectric production.At last,it can elevate the efficiency of the unit to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction.
