| In recent years,along with the advance of science and technology and development of water treatment technology is becoming more complete;At the same time,also to the requirement of water treatment plant effluent water quality is improving.International common use biological method to purify water quality,wastewater and urban sewage treatment of the main objects including COD,BOD and SS and nitrogen and phosphorus.The main principle is through the anaerobic biological-anaerobic-aerobic environment,the use of microorganisms for phosphorus and phosphorus,nitrification and denitrification,and is rich in nitrogen and phosphorus sludge discharge,the final purpose of denitrification and phosphorus removal,etc.Is widely used in domestic sewage treatment technology including AO,A20,MBR,etc.A20 method is one of the traditional biological treatment technology,the MBR law is developed in recent years used for biochemical treatment of the modern membrane separation technology,and are representative.Enhanced nitrogen removal process membrane bioreactor(ambr process 3,Anoxic Anaerobic-Aerobic MBR process)is a membrane bioreactor(MBR)technology with the traditional Anaerobic,Anoxic and Aerobic process(A20)combining with new technology,make the outstanding characteristic of MBR process and promote each other biological nitrogen removal process,nitrogen removal and the whole system to remove organic matter to maximize the efficiency of the effect.The combination of MBR and the new technology of A20 can significantly improve the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus,at the same time for the use of the old A20 process modification of sewage treatment plant is also convenient,cost is less.This technology in China has come into practical operation,this paper takes kunming 4 water quality purification plant as an example,study to explore the further optimization of the process.Through to the kunming a water purification plant adopts strengthen biological nitrogen removal process membrane bioreactor(ambr)BioWin software modeling study,respectively from the dosage,the biochemical treatment unit value and more to improve the water dissolved oxygen that could theoretically improve water denitrification and phosphorus removal effect and some improvement measures of energy saving and consumption reducing.Simulation results show that reducing dosage does not affect the phosphorus removal effect,but it can save running cost effectively;The aerobic ChiRong oxygen(DO)to reduce to 1.5 mg/L could make the denitrification effect to increase at the same time reducing energy consumption;Through these two approaches can save about 10%energy consumption;Use more water and the optimization of reflux ratio can be improved for nitrate removal efficiency,considering the cost of construction project,change is not recommended. |
