Ball screw pair as main driving part of feed system,its structure is complicated,and the means of transmission affect the system vibration for enormous,in turn,affects the processing quality and precision.Therefore,in order to improve the quality and machining precision,from the perspective of the dynamic characteristics research of the feed system vibration characteristics has become the hot pints for the domestic and foreign scholars.Papers with NC machine tool feed system as the research object,by the analysis of the influence of characteristic factors of the feed system trends and vibration reduction measures are put forward for the purpose of the feed system is studied.By taking numerical control machine feed system as the research subject,a axial-torsional coupling dynamic model of feed system has been established using the second theory of Lagrange equation,under the elastic support the screw modal frequency equation has been established by the boundary conditions.When workbench position as the fixed value,applying incentive on the workbench,Increasing the various parameter values of feed system by equal multiple,the screw vibration has been quantitative analysis,and the screw vibration regular has been obtained under the different parameters.Workbench position x as the fixed value,the incentives to bear on the workbench,before third-order cosine function as vibration mode function,change the parameter values of proportion by way of quantitative analysis for the bearing torsional rigidity,the integration of a lead screw and nut torsional rigidity,coupling torsional rigidity,quality and workbench radial stiffness on the workbench the influence law of torsional vibration,quantitative analysis of the screw junction and bearing axial stiffness,screw and nut junction torsional rigidity,quality and other factors on the influence law of axial vibration table,theorem of variable lead and variable stiffness on the workbench are analyzed the influence law of torsional vibration and axial vibration,quantitative analysis of the inherent frequency characteristics of torsional,axial coupled systems,find the main factors that influence the vibration table and the secondary factor.Workbench position x as a variable,the cosine function as vibration mode function,increase the value of the parameters of proportion by way of quantitative analysis of the characteristics of the is given priority to with damping parameter influences on vibration table,comparative analysis of the torsional vibration damping of the workbench and the influence of the axial vibration,it is concluded that the main factors affecting vibration table.To set the feed system of experimental platform as experiment object,verify the joint stiffness damping,quality,speed,and nut on the influence law of the feed system on the basis of the vibration reduction measures are put forward.The discovery can be served as theory reference of feed system research,and provides theoretical basis for the vibration absorption and structure optimization of machine tool.
